New decals were issued this year for your vehicles for parking at the Barefoot Beach Cabana.  Two (2) decals were issued per property. The white decals with blue verbiage are no longer valid and will not be accepted.  Please remove the white decals from your vehicle prior to affixing the new decals.

Decals must be affixed to the outside of the bottom rear window on the driver's side of the vehicle. For convertibles, decals are to be affixed to the windshield on the outside bottom front passenger side. Decals for motorcycles are to be affixed on the vehicle so that it can be seen.

Decals must be permanently affixed to your vehicle. Temporarily displayed decals (i.e. taped to the window) are not acceptable and may result in a violation notice.

Units that have multiple owners on the deed must contact the Ponderosa Management Office for the appropriate decal. The multi-owner decal will contain the names of all legal owners on the back of the decal as provided on the closing documents. The decal will be laminated by the Ponderosa Management Office. It is recommended that the laminated decal be stored in a secure location in the dwelling. Upon entering one of the Barefoot Beach Cabana parking lots, the owner may be asked to present a driver’s license as proof of identity.

If you own a golf cart or low speed vehicle with the red decals affixed, this decal will remain in effect. Proof of ownership will be required (SC registration or insurance coverage) in order to obtain the red decal. All golf carts and low speed vehicles must have a decal permanently affixed to the front windshield to park in any of the Barefoot Beach Cabana lots.

The Barefoot Beach Cabana is for the use of Barefoot Resort Residential Owners’ Association owners, the property owner’s immediate family (which includes an owners’ parents, spouses, siblings, children), and guest(s) of the property owner. All guests must be accompanied by a property owner or their immediate family member for the entire duration of their visit to the Barefoot Beach Cabana. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a property owner or immediate family member for the entire duration of their visit.
