March Emails

The eblast with the highest open rate in March was the Important Message from HTC at 72.9%.  The blasts with the next highest open rates were the March News Center at 66.9% and the Trash Service Reminder at 65.9%.  Eleven (11) total eblasts were sent in March with open rates ranging from 47.2% to 61.9%.

Dates of Note:

  • The Eblast Announcement of Monthly News was not the greatest traffic driver to the website again this month.  It was beat by the Important Message from HTC.  We do love our TV!
  • The most visitors recorded in a single day to date stays at 799 from July 1, 2018 which still ties the record from May 1, 2018.  You were close to beatng the record this month with 779.

  • The average number of pages people look at per session: 4.03 (A decrease from 4.26 pages last month)
  • Average amount of time visitors spent on the site per visit: 3:51 minutes (A decrease from 3:58 last month)

We continue to see a slow transition to more phone usage where computer and tablet usage are slowly decreasing.
