Guest speaker will be Ardella Simmons explaining T’AI Chi, how it can improve balance, relieve stress and is a mind-body experience. Often referred to as “Mediation in Motion T’AI CHI is highly recommended for older adults. The exercise is gentle and helps with overall flexibility.
