Sponsor code: Barefoot
If you have questions about your eligibility to donate, please refer to the information on www.redcrossblood.org.
On-line registration is now open! Make Your Appointment Today! Fully vaccinated individuals including staff and blood donors will no longer need to wear masks or socially distance. This began on May 21st. Unvaccinated individuals will continue to be required to wear masks and socially distance. Valve face masks are not permitted. Face shields can be worn in addition to face masks but not as a substitute. The Red Cross will adhere to more stringent face mask requirements per state and/or local guidance or at the request of our blood drive sponsors. Appointments can be made at www.redcrossblood.org with sponsor code "Barefoot".
Your blood will be tested for Covid-19 antibodies. The antibody test is authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and will indicate if the immune system has produced antibodies to the coronavirus, regardless of whether symptoms were present. This test is not to diagnose current symptoms, referred to as a diagnostic test. If you feel unwell, please postpone your donation. Results of your antibody test will be available in your Blood Donor App, or in your donor profile on RedCrossBlood.org about one week after your donation.
Upon arrival for your appointment, you must complete the necessary background information before you can donate. However, this step can be eliminated by completing and printing the same information on the Red Cross Rapid Pass page found on line at www.redcrossblood.org.
FYI, the Blood Mobile will be parked in the right parking lot as you enter the golf club. Please check in with one of the volunteers upon arrival.
